You must be at least 13 years old to use Poppin. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are using Poppin on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

• Manipulate points, rewards, or leaderboard systems through fraudulent means

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or ban users who violate these rules.

8. Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Features

8.1 Embedded Wallet

• Poppin provides an embedded cryptocurrency wallet
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet
• We do not have access to your private keys or wallet recovery information
• Lost or stolen funds cannot be recovered by Poppin

8.2 Transactions

• All blockchain transactions are irreversible
• You are responsible for transaction fees (gas fees) associated with on-chain activities
• We are not responsible for failed transactions, network congestion, or blockchain errors

8.3 No Financial Advice

• Poppin does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice
• Cryptocurrency values are volatile and you may lose money
• Consult with qualified professionals before making financial decisions

9. Points, Rewards, and Quests

9.1 Points System

• Points are virtual items with no real-world monetary value
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the Service
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the points system at any time

9.2 Rewards and Achievements

• Rewards, badges, and achievements are granted at our discretion
• We may revoke rewards obtained through fraudulent or abusive means
• Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred

9.3 Quest Verification

• On-chain quests are verified using blockchain data
• We are not responsible for verification delays or errors caused by blockchain issues
